I was born in Mexico and raised in California. I began my insurance career in 2001 and am licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health Insurance. I feel my knowledge and experience mixed with my customer service skills will help you better understand what insurance can do for you. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.
I began my insurance career in 1992 as a claims representative and then moved to Jay Epstein Insurance Agency Incorporated in 2013. I enjoy helping customers with their insurance needs. I primarily focus on customer service of existing customers - handling claims, changes to their accounts and billing - but also really enjoy meeting and helping new customers. I am licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health insurance.
